Supervising construction activities: The Civil Site Incharge will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, including coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.2. Managing site workers: They will oversee a team of site workers, ensuring they are properly trained, supervised, and motivated to perform at their best.3. Ensuring compliance: The Incharge will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.4. Budget management: They will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.5. Reporting and documentation: The Incharge will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project progress, completing reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders.Required skills and expectations:- A minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a similar role.- A graduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

As an Electrical Site Incharge, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing all electrical activities at the site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Site Supervisor Responsibilities: Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. Looking after the materials in & out in the site.Site Supervisor Requirements: Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program. Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred. Proven experience working as a site supervisor. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment. The ability to interpret blueprints. Outstanding leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
