Job Overview

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor with experience in factory shed and building construction to oversee on-site operations, ensure quality work, and coordinate with contractors and architects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction progress, verifying drawings and materials, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.

Manage and coordinate with contractors, architects, and workers.

Verify construction dimensions as per approved drawings.

Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials used in construction.

Maintain records of site activities and project progress.

Prepare and submit daily progress reports.

Ensure construction work meets quality standards.

Verify contractor bills and site expenses.

Maintain stock records of construction materials.

Review and verify architectural and structural drawings before execution.

Ensure work is completed safely and within the project timeline.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of construction supervision and site management.

Experience in factory shed or industrial building construction.

Basic to good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to read and verify construction drawings.

Good coordination and communication skills.
