Good understanding of drawings and ensure that work is done as per drawings2. Ensure work is done as per sequence, checklist is followed and reports to manager in a timely manner3. Supervise and train workers and allocate work to tradespeople4. Making sure that all safety precautions and quality standards are met5. Supervise the use of machinery and equipmentKey Skills Needed1. Minimum four years experience in Residential2. Educational Qualification: Diploma Civil 3. Knowledge of material quality 4. Knowledge of labour productivity and capable of taking maximum output from resources 5. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints6. Good physical condition and staminaCTC 1. Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawingsPrepare bill of quantities & bills with rates from TenderGet the bills certified from the client.Prepare & process subcontractor billsData entry & analysisCheck bills raised by the contractor. This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates with Tender.To take the measurement from the site engineer.To process it as per the protocol of the company.To follow up on the accounts department for payment.Review of bills of quantities and item lists.Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety, speed of execution and quality at lower costs by evaluation of different options.
