Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requestsCoordinate with design and purchase departments for shortages etc.Assign duties to employees and oversee their progressEnsure that daily production goals are metTrain and integrate new workersProvide guidance and feedback to employees when neededEnsure industry rules and regulations are followedHandle customer and employee complaintsResolve conflicts between employeesTransfer products and other objects to and from the worksite on occasion

Fill application form : https://forms.gle/9J6d1jxS2cu39ibU7Roles and Responsibilities:-Make production plan as per demand plan on a weekly and daily basis.-Create and raise needed ingredients request for fulfilling production to the sourcing team.-Create and check checklists related to floor maintenance, hygiene and machinery maintenance.-Ensure availability of handlers on floor by planning and raising request to production admin in-charge.-Maintain records of production input, output, wastage and WIP on daily, weekly and monthly basis.-Ensure production processes, as established by the R&D team, are followed meticulously.-Ensure GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP(Good Hygiene Practices) are being followed on the production floor.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc., to streamline production processes.-Schedule and lead training sessions with manpower to maximise efficiency.-Implement inventory management best practices such as FIFO, Inventory aging, etc., in the warehouse.Experience:-Experience in managing production floors in the food manufacturing industry.-Demonstrated experience in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.Required Skills:-Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.-Certification in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, and GMP is mandatory.-Preference for additional certifications such as HACCP, 5 S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Auditor's training, etc.-Strong discipline and attention to detail.-Excellent skills in manpower handling and task delegation.
