The Event Assistant will be responsible for planning and managing events, providing excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors, and organizing event logistics. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating schedules, securing venues, organizing supplies, and ensuring the smooth execution of events from start to finish.QualificationsCustomer Service and Communication skillsEvent Planning and Event Management skillsOrganization SkillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience in event coordination or similar roles is preferredBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is a plus

Answering Healthcare Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals seeking information and assistance.Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling medical appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information, eligibility, and coverage for medical services.Patient Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and caregivers, especially during stressful or sensitive situations.Complaint Resolution: Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with patients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on their healthcare experience.Qualifications and Requirements:Healthcare-related certification or degree is a plus.Ready to work at night shift.Prior experience in healthcare call centres, patient services ,or USA based firm, or a related field will be preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes will be preferred.Good verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanour.Strong organizational and time management skills.Positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
