patient support: offer emotional support and guidance to patients and caregivers, especially during stressful or sensitive situations.
complaint resolution: address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.
follow-up: conduct follow-up calls with patients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on their healthcare experience.
qualifications and requirements:
healthcare-related certification or degree is a plus.
ready to work at night shift.
prior experience in healthcare call centres, patient services ,or usa based firm, or a related field will be preferred.
knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes will be preferred.
good verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanour.
strong organizational and time management skills.
