About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professionally trained Female In-House Nurse / Personal Caretaker to join our dedicated healthcare support team. The selected candidate will provide personal care, medical assistance, and daily monitoring to a Male patient (Managing Director of our company, a US-qualified Engineer, running a robotics firm in Noida), who has paralysis from the chest down. This position requires a caring attitude, professional nursing skills, and the ability to work in a rotational shift system alongside an existing team of 2 female nurses and 2 male attendants.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and record vital signs (BP, sugar levels, pulse, etc.)Administer prescribed medications and injectionsPerform personal hygiene support and wound care as requiredAssist with bowel and catheter proceduresMaintain detailed health records and daily updatesAssist with feeding and basic mobility exercisesProvide physiotherapy assistance and walking support when applicableCoordinate with doctors and respond to minor medical emergenciesManage ambulance arrangements or hospital visits if neededSupport in handling personal phone calls and communicationServe food and beverages as part of care routine (if required)Qualifications & Experience:ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Responsibilities of Shift Manager1. Leads Crew Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.2. Motivates and coaches Crew Members, and assists in the training of new Crew Members.3. Excels in performing all Crew Member4. Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.5. May assist Restaurant Manager in day to day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, and team development.6. Ensures that the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are followed.7. Ensures the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance.8. Maintains fast, accurate and outstanding service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.9. Completes all other duties as assigned. Responsible for delivering quality food to customers. Looked after the store maintenance and cleanliness and implemented high safety standards. Recruited new and capable staff and trained them. Ensured that the store looks after the customer satisfaction. Prepared weekly reports of sales/profits and documented them. Effectively solved customer complaints and queries. Strictly followed store policies and implemented them. Experience in handling all store related day to day activities Knowledge of store maintenance and operations Sending Emails & Replys accordingly. Consistently Providing Good services & good food to our clients. Providing fast & satisfactory customer service without giving any complaints. Assessing the customer feedback & evaluating areas of improvements

Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager1. Hire, train, and supervise outlet employees2. Ensure appropriate staffing3. Create staff schedules4. Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards5. Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as Necessary6. Address customer needs, comments, and complaints7. Maintain all relevant records needed at the outlet8. Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel9. All other duties as assigned by the management
