are you an experienced medical billing professional with deep knowledge of canadian physician billing systems (ohip, msp, ahcip, etc.)? we re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven medical billing manager to lead and manage end-to-end physician billing processes for canadian healthcare providers.

🔧 key responsibilities:

manage the full-cycle physician billing process for multiple canadian provinces

submit claims accurately and on time using platforms like ohip, msp, ahcip, and other provincial systems

identify and resolve claim rejections or underpayments

stay up to date with changes in provincial billing codes, rules, and regulations

generate billing performance reports and ensure accuracy in monthly reconciliations

collaborate with physicians, clinics, and administrative teams to streamline workflows

train and oversee junior billing staff if applicable

�� required qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with canadian physician billing

strong knowledge of billing systems: ohip, msp, ahcip, ramq, etc.

familiarity with emrs and billing software (., oscar, accuro, telus health, md billing)

excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

💡 preferred:

experience in multi-specialty physician billing

prior leadership or team management experience

certified medical billing training is a plus
