For any Company Clients are the important masters for any business, so when it comes to client Interaction, its mandatory in all means the client doesnt feel in any negative way.2. For example a US client project is running in Bangalore, with a team of developers, when the client feels one particular division of the Project they are not satisfied with, It will be your duty to make ensure and analyse where the mistake is happening by discussing with both sides project managers, team leaders and reporting the same to your seniors and the Client side coordinator also. If needed taking steps either the project development team is being changed or team lead to be changed or giving suggestions to the Project manager based on the expectations of the Client.3.In certain cases our team would have done the best from our end, but the client side would be facing certain issues in terms of communication and coordination, its your duty to make the client side to understand the problem or give them suggestions or changing the coordinator 4. When a new client is being brought in, its your team responsibility to make the client team about the nature of business, how the work flow will go and process will go and based on client requirement allotting the project team and if the client requires changes making them happen.Above stated are few scenarios of your roles and responsibilities. As its 70-percentage dependent on the client scenario, we have stated that the professional should be pleasant looking, friendly and extrovert in nature.
