The Director, of Professional Services provides leadership and management for a sizeable professional services team whose mission is to provide customers with the highest level of quality, service, reliability, and satisfaction and to support the development of Hexure and its products. The Director, of Professional Services partners with others across the organization to create a cross-functional leadership team, to establish consistent processes, prioritize customer issues, and deliver highly reliable service updates and custom features to customers. This position reports to the Vice President, Client Delivery.Deliverables and Performance Measures: (MAKE INDIA SPECIFIC) Delivery Leadership: Provide accountability for India components of the global delivery teams (refine) Practice Leadership: Lead and guide the Professional Services practice, setting the strategic direction to achieve business objectives and ensure the team's success. Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of PS teams/resources, ensuring optimal utilization and chargeability and role/ proficiency alignment of PS professionals on projects. Training and Upskilling: Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the PS team, ensuring they stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of Professional Services projects that exceed client expectations. Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project profitability, while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
