Whether you're early in your sales journey or an experienced professional, we offer a clear progression path across Junior, Associate, and Senior levels, each with increasing responsibility and impact.Roles and Responsibilities:Student Advisory & CounselingEngage with prospective students and parents through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and online platforms.Understand students' academic and career aspirations and match them to suitable educational offerings.Build trust and long-term relationships with learners by delivering personalized consultation.Sales & PerformanceDrive revenue by meeting or exceeding enrollment and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Utilize CRM platforms to manage leads, monitor engagement, and track the entire sales funnel.Optimize conversion rates by following up with warm and cold leads and identifying high-potential opportunities.Leadership & Team Development (Associate & Senior Levels)Mentor and support junior counselors, helping them reach performance benchmarks.Contribute to team training, onboarding, and development sessions.Lead by example in both attitude and achievement.Operational & Strategic TasksRe-engage inactive leads and drive enrollments through referrals and repeat interest.Contribute to marketing and sales strategies during team meetings.Take ownership of special projects and tasks as directed by senior management.Skills:A natural communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsAble to work independently and handle multiple leads while delivering results under tight deadlinesSales-oriented and excited by the opportunity to work in a target-driven environmentTech-savvy with hands-on experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)Analytical thinker who thrives on metrics, reporting, and data-backed decisions
