we have an urgent opening for an overseas education counsellor - student manager.

we are currently hiring an overseas education counsellor - student manager for our company to promote

foreign education support services. the job role includes connecting with the candidates on a regular basis

as a representative of the foreign institute/college and providing assistance to them throughout the

admission process.

roles & responsibilities:

• making outbound calls to candidates willing to study abroad.

• answering and solving the doubts/queries of the candidates regarding overseas education.

• helping students with applications & documentation.

• understanding their background, interests and aspirations, education, work experience, potential, etc

and suggesting the right courses as per their needs and capabilities,

• providing detailed information about the college, it's facilities, education systems, work environment,

country details and informing about the various regulation policies.

• developing and maintaining relationships and ensuring prompt service and support to the clients via calls

and emails.

• guiding the candidates with the legal formalities and documentation for the visa interviews.

• e-mail, whatsapp, and telephonic co-ordinations.

• doing business tie-ups with agencies.

• keeping record of a lead database of the clients and prospects and maintaining periodic status reports,

activity reports and calls/ follow- ups reports.

• achieved all the sales target given by the organization.

desired candidate profile:

• location: mumbai / kerala

• fluency in english language

• the candidate should be a graduate / post graduate with good communication skills

• mba freshers can also apply

• notice period: 15 days or less

• package: decent hike on last drawn depending on the interview performance.
