Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 3 years in sales or related roles.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or comfortable with commuting to Churchgate, South Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Connect with Prospects: Engage with students and working professionals to provide detailed course information.

Counselling: Offer personalized and comprehensive career counselling to potential learners.

Conversion: Successfully convert counselling sessions into enrolments.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through calling and other outreach strategies.

Career Mentorship: Act as a mentor, guiding learners with career advice and course selection.

What Were Looking For:

Passionate individuals comfortable selling online MBA courses from reputed universities like Amity Online, Manipal Online, Dr. Dy Patil, and NMIMS.

A long-term mindset with a commitment to grow with us, as we aim to promote our team members within six months.

Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
