Job Description:

Counsel walk-ins and telephonic inquiries, providing accurate guidance regarding Jamboree's products and services.

Follow up with leads and consistently achieve daily calling targets.

Achieve sales and service delivery targets.

Ensure timely delivery of services and streamline operational processes for efficient center functioning.

Maintain a consistent and positive customer experience aligned with the brand standards. Coordinate with faculty members to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of classes.

Required Candidate Profile:

2 to 6 years of experience in counselling and sales within the education sector, preferably in overseas education.

Proven ability and track record in counselling students and parents while effectively handling the end-to-end sales process.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays, Timings: 11am- 8pm. One weekday will be the week off day.
