Lead, plan, and monitor execution of multiple real estate projects simultaneously.Oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Manage and guide the Project Team, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.Ensure strict compliance with RERA, Building Codes, Quality Standards, and Safety Norms.Prepare and present project progress reports to the Management.Handle contractor negotiations, cost control, material approvals, and site inspections.Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E.
