Fire Safety Industrial Safety Fire Engineering Hazard Analysis

Preparation, Orientation, approval & implementation of the Project Safety Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Monsoon Action plan & Summer Action Plan. Preparation, approval & implementation of HIRAC & Method Statements for all kinds of hazardous activities. Preparation & implementation of Hazard Register as per ISO 45001. Maintaining all HSE documents as per ISO 45001. Conducting & evaluating HSE induction, training & awareness programs for workers, engineers & management representatives. Monitoring & implementing the Health, Safety & Environment aspects of the Project. Conducting safety inspections. Monitoring the HSE compliances of Contractors. Weekly Joined Safety Inspection with Contractors Safety Representative. Conduct a Safety Review Meeting & prepare the MOM. Monthly review & trend analysis of First Aid Cases, Near-miss cases & find out root cause analysis. Accident investigation & recommendation of preventive measures. Monitoring & Guiding Emergency Preparedness. Conduct by- weekly Rapid Safety Audit on different topics. Monitoring of projects safety statistics on monthly basis. Ensure 100% audit compliance on time. Verify legal requirements and supervision Orientation, counteracting & compliance on time. Developing format & checklist as per the SOP, statutory & other requirement. Conduct & Develop Cross-functional Safety Audits, Third-party audits and special audits as per the management and also site requirements. Checking the standard of PPEs, Safety Nets, Lifeline, cutting blades etc. and Buffer stock. Periodically check on quality and effective usage of personal protection equipments, safety nets, fall protection measures, hard barications etc and advance planning of barication and fall avoidance measures Assisting management in near-miss, first aid, Incident, dangerous occurrence and accident investigations with reporting to be maintained with CAPA & PDCA.
