Maintaining all HSE documents as per ISO 45001. Conducting & evaluating HSE induction, training & awareness programs for workers, engineers & management representatives. Monitoring & implementing the Health, Safety & Environment aspects of the Project. Conducting safety inspections. Monitoring the HSE compliances of Contractors. Weekly Joined Safety Inspection with Contractors Safety Representative. Conduct a Safety Review Meeting & prepare the MOM. Monthly review & trend analysis of First Aid Cases, Near-miss cases & find out root cause analysis. Accident investigation & recommendation of preventive measures. Monitoring & Guiding Emergency Preparedness. Conduct by- weekly Rapid Safety Audit on different topics. Monitoring of projects safety statistics on monthly basis.
