If so, we invite you to apply for the position of BIM Modeler/Engineer Mechanical. In this role, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating 3D BIM models of building mechanical systems such as HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing. Collaborate with senior BIM Modelers, mechanical engineers, project coordinators, and other team members to integrate mechanical components into building models. Support clash detection and resolution activities to ensure seamless coordination of mechanical systems. Participate in the generation of shop drawings, schedules, and reports from mechanical BIM models. Learn and adhere to established BIM standards and best practices. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and trends. Seek guidance and actively participate in mentoring opportunities provided by the team.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering. 0-2 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably with a focus on mechanical systems.
