We are looking for a dedicated Fireman to join our team in Sanaswadi. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience and hold a diploma in a related field. This is a full-time position, and the work will be conducted from our office. Key Responsibilities:- Fire Suppression and Control: Respond quickly to fire emergencies, using appropriate equipment and techniques to extinguish flames and prevent the spread of fire.- Rescue Operations: Conduct rescue operations to save individuals trapped in dangerous situations, ensuring their safety and stability during evacuations.- Inspection of Equipment: Regularly check and maintain firefighting equipment and tools, making sure they are in good condition and ready for use at all times.- Fire Prevention Awareness: Educate the community and workplace on fire safety practices to reduce the risk of fire incidents through training sessions and demonstrations.- Emergency Response Planning: Assist in creating and reviewing emergency response plans, ensuring all team members are familiar with procedures during crises.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong physical fitness to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively during emergencies.- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions during emergency situations.- A commitment to safety protocols and procedures, with attention to detail in all tasks.- Valid firefighting certification and knowledge of fire behavior and prevention methods are preferred.
