Job Location - Chembur East, MumbaiJob Responsibilitys: Develop initiatives to on-board new sponsors Develop and maintain solid long-term relationships with sponsors Develop relationships with appropriate granting agencies Draft sponsorship packages and grant applications for a variety of events, venues and programs Ensure that sponsorship packages and grant applications are complete, executed, and updated when necessary by required deadlines Ensure that all of its sponsorship agreements obligations by obtaining all required information from sponsors such as contact information, corporate logos, banners and any other materials specified in the contract Regularly review existing sponsorship agreements Provide client with required invoices, accounting and paperwork. Maintain a suitable database of all sponsorship activity such as progress timelines and contract values Attend meetings as required Perform other job-related duties and projects as required by the Manager of Programming & Venue Convene a group to assist with key tasks and timelines Prepare a budget, monitor it carefully and report on it regularly Seek to raise sponsorship funds Seek new sponsors and meet with potentials to outline what services they would value most Maintain a Memorandum of Understanding with each sponsor Make sure sponsor representatives are met when attending events Give a report at regular meetings and when requiredDesired Skills: Proven negotiating and people skills Experience working with a diverse range of Clients Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral) The ability to work as part of a larger team The ability to be self-motivated and meet many critical deadlines efficiently
