A pantry boy provides support to all officers and assists them in performance of their official duties. Attending visitors, promptly providing water, tea, beverages and other needs. Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture.

1. Front Desk Operations: Overseeing check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.2. Guest Relations: Resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction.3. Team Supervision: Leading and guiding front desk, concierge, and bell staff.4. Room Assignments: Managing room allocations, upgrades, and special requests.5.
