As we continue to grow rapidly, were always on the lookout for problem-solving & big thinkers to come aboard!Responsibilities:Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor & support staff.Achieve monthly & quarterly store & individual targets.Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.Evaluate the supply and availability of stocksImplement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.Motivating employees to achieve targets.Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.Requirements:Minimum 4 year of experience in relevant field (retail store sales)Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.Experience in handling HNI customers.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month

Develop business strategies to raise customers footfall in retail store, expand business and optimize profitability Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating other employees. Preparing weekly employee work schedules. Addressing employee disputes, questions, and concerns. Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies and procedures. Managing all money-handling procedures. Ordering, recording, and managing inventory. Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Motivating employees to reach sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Handling customer complaints & legal licensing and government licensing.
