Our clientele includes high-end home owners, celebrities and top interior designers and architects as well as the best restaurants in the country.Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Associate for our Flagship Store in Lower Parel, who will be connecting with customers and guiding them on their journey to find the perfect products for their homes.Your goal will be to provide a high quality experience to walk-in customers, fostering a community of loyal shoppers who appreciate the artistry in everyday objects.Key Responsibilities :Assist in-store customers while shopping:Listen attentively to client needs and help them find the products that best suit them.Educate customers about our products, emphasizing design, functionality, and the inspiration behind them.Keep the CRM software up to date with customer data and preferences:Update new customer profiles on CRM.Do regular follow ups with potential leads and assist them in placing their orders.Track customer preferences and relay feedback to the marketing and product design teams.Generate weekly sales performance reportsAnalyze what key actions need to be taken to improve performance.Qualifications:Prior experience in sales is not mandatory; a strong passion for design is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.A genuine enthusiasm for driving sales results and a desire to enhance customer experiences.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary Range: 25,000.00 - 38,000.00 per month
