Loan Processing & Customer Service Assist clients in completing the loan application and collect all required documentation. Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and risk assessments. Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) for end-to-end loanprocessing. Ensure excellent customer service during and after loan disbursal.3. Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed assigned monthly loan disbursement targets. Track and report progress on loan applications and closures regularly. Implement strategies to increase conversion ratios and reduce turnaround time.4. Documentation & Compliance Ensure proper and timely collection of KYC documents, income proofs, and othernecessary paperwork. Adhere to company policies and RBI regulations while processing loan applications. Minimize fraud risks through proper due diligence.
