Urgent Requirement For Floor Manager

We are seeking an organized and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our workplace located in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervise Staff:** Manage and train the team to ensure high performance and exceptional service. Address any issues that arise and provide guidance when needed to cultivate a positive working environment.

- **Monitor Operations:** Oversee day-to-day activities on the floor, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and meet company standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

- **Ensure Customer Satisfaction:** Interact with customers to understand their needs and resolve any complaints. Ensure that all staff members are providing excellent service to enhance the customer experience.

- **Maintain Inventory:** Keep track of supplies and place orders as needed. Work closely with suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure that the workplace is adequately stocked.

- **Report and Analyze:** Prepare regular reports on operational efficiency and staff performance. Analyze data to make informed decisions that drive success and improve workflows.
