key responsibilities

2. customer experience:

ensure every customer interaction reflects the luxury brand's values and ethos.

provide tailored and memorable shopping experiences for a diverse international clientele.

3. staff leadership and development:

recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional service.
