Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Analysis: Perform physical, chemical, or mechanical testing on raw materials, packaging, and finished goods using standard laboratory equipment.Process Monitoring: Collect samples directly from the production lines at scheduled intervals to monitor ongoing product quality.Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record all test results, maintain detailed lab logs, and generate Certificate of Analysis (CoA) reports.Defect Management: Identify, log, and isolate out-of-specification (OOS) materials or products. Immediately escalate quality failures to the QA Supervisor/Manager.Equipment Calibration: Operate, clean, and calibrate laboratory instruments (e.g., gauges, calipers, spectrometers, weighing scales, titration setups) to ensure accuracy.Compliance & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment in compliance with 5S, ISO standards, and safety protocols.Root Cause Analysis: Assist the quality engineering team in investigating customer complaints or internal defects by providing accurate lab data and trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesFirst-Piece & Line Inspection: Conduct first-piece approval at the start of every shift or batch change to verify setup accuracy. Perform routine, scheduled hourly audits along the production line.Dimensional & Visual Checks: Measure parts against engineering drawings using hand-held precision inspection tools (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread plug/ring gauges, dial indicators).Incoming Material Inspection: Inspect incoming raw materials, fabricated components, or packaging supplies against purchase order specs and sampling plans (such as AQL standards).Defect Isolation & Red-Binning: Immediately halt production or segregate defective components into designated Red Bins (Non-Conforming Material areas) when defects exceed acceptable limits.Reporting & Log Maintenance: Maintain clean, readable daily inspection reports, rejection logs, and shift-wise quality summaries.Final Quality Audit: Run final visual checks and cosmetic inspection on finished goods before boxing, ensuring correct labeling and packaging compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Fleet Management: Plan, manage, and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics. Oversee fleet operations, transport vendor management, and route optimization to ensure timely deliveries.Warehouse & Inventory Control: Oversee warehouse layout, space utilization, and inventory management. Implement strict inventory control measures to minimize variances, damages, and shrinkage.Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and efficient order processing, picking, packing, and dispatching in accordance with customer service level agreements (SLAs).Cost & Budget Management: Monitor and control distribution, freight, and warehousing costs. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving initiatives.Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Negotiate rates and contracts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transporters, and packaging suppliers. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Design & Drafting: Using CAD software to create layouts for Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS), nurse call systems, or ambulance interior configurations.Site Supervision: Managing on-site installation teams (technicians, welders, and fitters) to ensure work meets ISO and AIS-125 safety standards.Project Scheduling: Developing timelines (Gantt charts) to ensure hospital wings or ambulance fleets are delivered on time.Quality Control & Testing: Conducting pressure tests on gas lines and load-testing stretchers/cots before handover to the client.Procurement Coordination: Working with the supply chain to ensure specialized medical-grade materials (like degreased copper pipes or reinforced alloys) are available on-site.Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring every aspect of the project adheres to healthcare building codes and medical device regulations.
