Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Analysis: Perform physical, chemical, or mechanical testing on raw materials, packaging, and finished goods using standard laboratory equipment.Process Monitoring: Collect samples directly from the production lines at scheduled intervals to monitor ongoing product quality.Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record all test results, maintain detailed lab logs, and generate Certificate of Analysis (CoA) reports.Defect Management: Identify, log, and isolate out-of-specification (OOS) materials or products. Immediately escalate quality failures to the QA Supervisor/Manager.Equipment Calibration: Operate, clean, and calibrate laboratory instruments (e.g., gauges, calipers, spectrometers, weighing scales, titration setups) to ensure accuracy.Compliance & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment in compliance with 5S, ISO standards, and safety protocols.Root Cause Analysis: Assist the quality engineering team in investigating customer complaints or internal defects by providing accurate lab data and trends.
