Build & rework the vehicles for testing New product assemblies trials and feedback Support for proto, MK3 & X1 builds in plant Factory trials for new changes, CRs Prepare Process documentation including Work Instructions. Help develop Work Instruction standards. Analyze and evaluate existing processes. Ability to understand and perform Cycle time analysis. Create Daily checklist from the Control Plan. Help troubleshoot product problems related to Man and Method. Improve process capability to ensure quality product assembly. Repeatability confirmation of all tooling, jigs and fixtures.

To coordinate with the field trials of the products and components developed by MI and collect the feedback. Product quality assurance and Product development. To assists the line manager to create awareness & promotion about the MI developments at national and international level though promotional visits/materials and other appropriate met. To assist the line manager to achieve the target set for resource mobilization through the promotional activities. To assist the store in-charge to manage the material bank for maximum utilization by organization and support others working in the field of disability and rehabilitation. To support the line manager in execution, monitoring and monthly reporting of activities as per the yearly plan of action. To support the line manager in conducting various professional development program, workshops, seminars and liaise with larger bodies like OPAI, ISPO, SPO etc. To ensure the product meets quality standards and industry regulations. To develop new versions of existing products. To work with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing.
