We are seeking a Finishing Supervisor to oversee the final stages of production in Indore, India. Your key responsibilities will include inspecting finished products for quality, ensuring all finishing processes are completed correctly, and supervising a team of finishing workers.You will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing work meets company standards and customer specifications. This includes coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects, maintaining accurate records of production data, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the finishing process.The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in a supervisory role and knowledge of finishing techniques and equipment are preferred. A 12th pass education level is required for this position, and candidates with 0-3 years of experience will be considered.
