The Technical Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes through process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process management techniques. They will be expected to have a strong understanding of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and change management principles to drive process improvements within the organization.The Technical Specialist will also be responsible for managing projects related to process optimization, data analysis, and statistical process control. They will be required to conduct root cause analysis, gap analysis, and requirements gathering to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Develop and improve our food production processes, with a focus on mango and lemon related products. Planning and organising production schedules. Streamline the production process to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct trials and be responsible for the new and existing product development in the lab. Conduct research and experiments to improve product quality and shelf life Collaborate with other departments to ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Prepare the quality assurance documents specifying suppliers details and submit these to the customers. Prepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products. Look for cost reduction strategies. Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. Supervising and managing the work of junior staff. Deal with any customer complaint investigations or product issues. Compile, check and approve product specifications and labelling. Responsible for sample stock keeping as well as providing samples to the customers for pilot trial purpose. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in food science and technology. Train and educate production staff on new processes and technologies. Maintain data in excel with respect to requests from the sales team, raw materials quantity, customer details, dispatch details etc. Manage customers/suppliers visit in the lab. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.

Listen to incoming and outgoing calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product pitching Monitor agents product knowledge, ability to handle objections & questions, and call closure Track performance of individual scripts and agents qualitatively and quantitatively Directly call existing and potential customers yourself to collect feedback Convey feedback to individual agents, monitor a quality score and ensure they improve Train new hires on scripts and on best practices during a call, conduct mock calls Set up ongoing training sessions for tenured employees where you present best practices across team members Prepare quality reports for managers and Founders Create scripts for new products alongside key stakeholders Update procedures and scripts based on customer response and changing business needs

Importance of maintaining proper hygiene and safety while processing- Testing/ examining samples of RM, FG and semi-finished Inspections as per SOP- In-house product sampling and testing for ice cream processing plant with knowledge of ISO, HACCP compliances- On-floor experience of quality control during all productions stages- Detailed knowledge of HACCP & ISO Compliances- Record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability.- Executing audits and working with the respective departments to rectify any infractions-Compiling, checking and approving product specifications and packaging- Documentation for all the activities and daily checks- SOP creation/ revision/ maintenance for FSMS & other related process- FSMS/ HACCP documentation- Training on GMP, FSMS, FSSAI norms to all the Food Handlers- Safety Training to the food handlers- Internal Audits, CAPA, RCA for continuous improvement in process and products.- Laboratory Maintenance for both Chemical & Microbiology Lab- SOP for all the Lab Procedures- Reports maintenance and forwarded to clients/ customers as per request- Coordination with the external lab for testing food products as per FSSAI norms- Testing of Food Handlers Hygiene, Environmental Hygiene, Sanitization Hygiene through microbiological tests- Conduct shelf-life studies for new and existing Finished Products in in-house laboratory- Developing the ability to repeat processes to ensure consistency and safety.
