- testing/ examining samples of rm, fg and semi-finished inspections as per sop
- in-house product sampling and testing for ice cream processing plant with knowledge of iso, haccp compliances
- on-floor experience of quality control during all productions stages
- detailed knowledge of haccp & iso compliances
- record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability.
- executing audits and working with the respective departments to rectify any infractions
-compiling, checking and approving product specifications and packaging
- documentation for all the activities and daily checks
- sop creation/ revision/ maintenance for fsms & other related process
- fsms/ haccp documentation
- training on gmp, fsms, fssai norms to all the food handlers
- safety training to the food handlers
- internal audits, capa, rca for continuous improvement in process and products.
- laboratory maintenance for both chemical & microbiology lab
- sop for all the lab procedures
- reports maintenance and forwarded to clients/ customers as per request
- coordination with the external lab for testing food products as per fssai norms
- testing of food handlers hygiene, environmental hygiene, sanitization hygiene through microbiological tests
- conduct shelf-life studies for new and existing finished products in in-house laboratory
- developing the ability to repeat processes to ensure consistency and safety.
