To coordinate and to provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers Ensure the inventory is maintained and recorded and that there is no shrinkage Compiling Sales Reports: Responsible for producing various sales reports/ customer wise reports / Adhoc reports using a variety of parameters Resolving Customer Complaints: Quick resolution of customer complaints and thus enhancing customer loyalty In order to fulfill statutory requirements, the candidate must possess a registration with the Pharmacy Council of State and provide the certificate to the company to be assigned.
