01 Managing the entire QA/QC activities in the plant. 02 Monitoring, Documentation and implementation of process development.03 Making sure that there is stability data to support retest or expiry dates and storage conditions on APIs and/or intermediates where appropriate; and Performing product quality reviews04 Approving all procedures impacting the quality of intermediates or APIs05 Making sure that quality related complaints are investigated and resolved06 Ensuring Technology Transfer from Pilot Plant Level to Plant Level07 Responsible for all the external Quality Audit at R&D and Plants.08 Admin control creation and approval of systems ID and QC instruments09 Making sure that QC related incidents are investigated and resolved10 Co-ordination with QC department for external lab analysis and perform audits.11 Handing Of OOSs and OOTs through detailed investigations to establish suitable CAPA

Responsible for ensuring that Company Quality Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for the their purposes and use for which they are intended.Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspectionsLead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements Should be able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development & application of ISO 9001 and AS 9100. Reviews, comments and approves the vendors Quality Control Plans and monitor Company Quality system activities.Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality dataManages project audit program by certification agencies as well customer auditsPrepares and implements the project inspection strategy and Quality Management System.Develops KPIs and ensures consistency in reporting across Corporate QMS.
