Develop and improve our food production processes, with a focus on mango and lemon related products. Planning and organising production schedules. Streamline the production process to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct trials and be responsible for the new and existing product development in the lab. Conduct research and experiments to improve product quality and shelf life Collaborate with other departments to ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Prepare the quality assurance documents specifying suppliers details and submit these to the customers. Prepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products. Look for cost reduction strategies.
