We are looking for 1 Project Coordinator Post in Thane with deep knowledge in Microsoft Office,Excel Report Preparation,Mechanical Engineer,Data Entry,PMP Trained,Strategic Communication,Construction Planning and Required Educational Qualification is : B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech Responsibilities:Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and informationLiaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectivesEnsuring that clients needs are met as the project evolvesAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementMake sure that clients needs are met as projects evolveHelp prepare budgetsAnalyze risks and opportunitiesOversee project procurement managementMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Project Manager to eliminate blockersUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresIssue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement)Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsTrainee Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with ourProject Managerto prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
