1. Production Reporting & Documentation Maintain and update daily production reports for Mixing, Extrusion, and Printing operations. Prepare and maintain Reject Bag/Batch Reports and Scrap Reports. Collect and verify Job Cards from all machine operators on a daily basis. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all production-related documentation. Monitor production data and report operational performance to management.2. Quality Control & Compliance Conduct regular in-process quality checks during Extrusion operations to ensure compliance with approved specifications. Conduct regular in-process quality checks during Printing operations. Verify printing base dimensions using a Vernier Caliper before issuing materials, ensuring conformity with Job Card requirements.
