Production Supervisor

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor: As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities to ensure efficient and timely output.

- Manage and coordinate foreman activities: You will work closely with foremen to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that production goals are met.

- Implement material management processes: You will be in charge of tracking inventory, ordering materials as needed, and optimizing material usage to minimize waste.

- Handle and supervise manpower: You will be responsible for overseeing the production staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.

- Develop and train production staff: You will work to identify training needs, develop training programs, and mentor staff to improve performance and efficiency.

- Plan and organize production schedules: You will develop production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.

- Provide support for production processes: You will troubleshoot production issues, implement process improvements, and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Skills and Expectations:

- 5-10 years of experience in a production supervisor role or similar position.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical production and manufacturing processes.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
