Production Supervisor

- oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor: as a production supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities to ensure efficient and timely output.

- manage and coordinate foreman activities: you will work closely with foremen to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that production goals are met.

- implement material management processes: you will be in charge of tracking inventory, ordering materials as needed, and optimizing material usage to minimize waste.

- handle and supervise manpower: you will be responsible for overseeing the production staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.

- develop and train production staff: you will work to identify training needs, develop training programs, and mentor staff to improve performance and efficiency.

- plan and organize production schedules: you will develop production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.

- provide support for production processes: you will troubleshoot production issues, implement process improvements, and ensure quality standards are maintained.

skills and expectations:

- 5-10 years of experience in a production supervisor role or similar position.

- strong knowledge of mechanical production and manufacturing processes.
