We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to oversee our warehouse operations in Kharkhoda. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 8 years of experience in warehouse management and possess strong leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Warehouse Operations: You will manage day-to-day activities in the warehouse to ensure smooth operation, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.- Lead Staff: You will oversee warehouse personnel, providing training and guidance to ensure all team members perform their roles effectively.- Manage Inventory: You will maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure items are handled properly to minimize losses or damage.- Implement Safety Practices: You will enforce safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.- Coordinate with Other Departments: You will collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics to streamline the process of order fulfillment and meet deadlines.- Analyze Performance Metrics: You will track warehouse performance data and implement improvements based on analysis to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Required skills and expectations include:- Proven experience in warehouse management and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures.- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team.- Proficiency in inventory management software and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.We welcome candidates who are motivated and ready to contribute to our operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Requirement Planning (MRP)Demand Forecasting: Analyzing sales orders and production schedules to predict exactly what raw materials are needed.BOM Management: Reviewing the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure every nut, bolt, and liter of oil is accounted for before production starts.Lead Time Management: Tracking how long it takes for a vendor to deliver and planning orders so they arrive just in time.Inventory & Cost ControlStock Optimization: Ensuring the company doesn't tie up too much cash in excess stock (Inventory carrying cost).Shortage Prevention: Identifying critical items that are running low and expediting their purchase to prevent a line stop.Ageing Analysis: Monitoring slow-moving or near-expiry materials to ensure they are used or liquidated.Coordination & ReportingCross-Functional Link: Acting as the middleman between the Production team (who uses the material) and the Purchase team (who buys the material).MIS Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory variance, supplier performance (on-time delivery), and procurement costs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1 To monitor shift activities, plan and ensure timely production completion activities as per plan and dispatch thereby ensuring optimal utilization of resources and ensuring quality standards being maintained at all time.2 To ensure timely conducting Production Batches as per requirement, keeping productivity and quality norms in place.3 Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost, raw materials and energy consumption.4 Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives as per production planning.5 Check production output according to specifications.6 DCS operations/ trouble shooting & data recording.7 Prepare reports on performance and progress.8 Record all the production reports BMR/quality records/failure analysis/plant waste generation/management etc.9 Train new employees and follow procedures.10 Ensure plant strict safety guidelines as per company standards/guidelines11 RM/PM planning & issuance from warehouse.12 Maintain plant housekeeping & maintain required standards in all the production areas.13 Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations
