We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production operations in our Nashik facility. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety regulations, and leading a team of production staff to meet production targets. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:Supervising Production Team: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production operators and technicians in Nashik, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently.Production Planning and Execution: Implement production schedules and ensure that production targets are met within specified timelines and quality standards.Workflow Management: Monitor and optimize production workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Identify and address any bottlenecks or issues.Quality Control: Ensure that all products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications. Implement and monitor quality control procedures.Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all production personnel in Nashik. Conduct regular safety checks and address any hazards.Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production demands.Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper use and basic maintenance of production equipment.
