Urgent RequirementProduction Executive (Production Department)Furniture Manufacturing Industry, Bhiwandi, Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience4 years of experience in furniture/interior manufacturing in a similar role. Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Interior, or a relevant technical stream.The Production Executive will be responsible for independently preparing the cut list, BOM (Bill of Materials), and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on production drawings. The candidate must have a good understanding of materials used in modular and custom furniture manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Interpret and analyse production drawings to create precise cut lists for wood and panel processing.Prepare accurate and complete BOM and BOQ for all production jobs.Identify the quantity and specifications of raw materials, including plywood, laminates, edge banding, hardware, glass, and fittings.Ensure optimal material planning to minimise waste and control costs.Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments for timely material procurement and stock updates.Candidate Requirements: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical and production drawings. Hands-on experience in preparing cut lists, BOMs, and BOQs independently. Strong knowledge of furniture materials, panel sizes, hardware, and accessories. Basic proficiency in MS Excel or other documentation tools.

Education - BE ( Mech) / DME Experience - 3 to 6 years in Quality Assurance dept. of any OEM company, ( Preferably with Original Equipment Manufacturer )He must have knowledge of ISO / TQM / OSHAS & all quality procedures Salary - Gross Rs.25K to Rs.40 K per month depending on experience
