Lead / Need generation through outbound calling Sales, using persuasion to buy our product/service Contact prospective and preexisting customers by telephone/ emailers Mass mailing on a daily basis Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products / services and the objectives of the Company Explain products / services and prices, and answer questions from customers Act as a representative of the company and represent our interests at all times Follow telephone and email etiquettes diligently Reception of incoming orders and requests for information Achieve specified targets within deadline Development of email content / pitch as & when necessary Obtain, Update & maintain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, on a daily basis Identify potential customers from sources such as business cards, newspaper, social media, market surveys, etc. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or inactive customers Outbound telemarketing to activate or elicit an action or response from prospects, i.e. entice prospects to read though our brochure / visit website Database Cleansing (i.e. removing outdated and incorrect data) and contact details for future telemarketing activities Any other work, as assigned by the Management Team, from time to time, including but not limited to the following: 1. Requesting client/s for TDS certificate/ GST details 2. Follow-up with clients for outstanding payment
