Lead and manage the entire plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and improve efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence among all plant employees. Ensure timely and cost-effective production processes to meet customer demands and market requirements. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure product quality meets or exceeds industry standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality regulations and protocols. Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed. Promote a strong safety culture within the plant, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct safety training and drills for staff to minimize risks and enhance safety awareness. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
