The plant is in the incubation stage with a promising capacity of growth.Dairy Plant Manager: (3500 INR) *open to negotiationThe Dairy Plant Manager oversees and directs the plant in multi-functional areas of responsibilities such as plant functioning, sourcing, quality controls, production and sales. The role requires inter-department engagement. Responsibilities will include:Drive readiness of the dairy plant, identify gaps and opportunities to work towards completion of the plants unfinished verticals.Experience in production of by-products including Ghee, Butter, Flavoured Milk, Lassi/Butter Milk, Paneer, and various other milk products etc.Oversee critical functions such as production, QC and maintenance of the plant. Therefore, candidate should be well versed in plant management, production, packaging, licenses and quality controls.Drive Production planning and scheduling in order to best meet order requirements. Manage inventory of all raw materials, packing material, and finished goods.Ensure quality and safety: should be equipped to ensure all milk quality and adulteration testing is conducted in line with the companys and industrys SOPs.
