We are looking for a blood collector to work in our blood collection centre on a monthly payment basis. Selected candidates need to read prescription for blood tests and draw it accordingly.

Required on Phlebotomist. Must be young, enthusiastic person who can roam about and collect samples and draw them.

- Collect and tag specimens exactly as outlined in each medical requisition- Develop effective collection techniques as they relate to groups such as pediatric andgeriatric patients.- Properly package each specimen and ensure that every specimen is delivered to thelaboratory on time or Handover to runner on the time.- Maintain an organized and clean work area based on state health laws and theguidelines of our medical organization- Answer patient questions regarding collection techniques and offer additional resourceson the collection process if a patient requests them- Must know about proper disposable of Biomedical Waste Management- Should know about Pre-analytical error and how its prevent.- Should know about Complication management- Should Know about spill Management- Able to collect both Method Close system(Vacutainer) and Open System(Syringe)Eligibility Criteria/ Qualification:Phlebotomist qualifications and skills- Education, previous job experience, certifications and technical skills.- Should also include soft skills and personality traits that you expect from a successfulcandidate. Collect Blood sample from different location.Drawing blood directly from various age group patients.Have to bring business (blood sample) from self known and new sources.Regularly visit different Medicine shop from Bally to Shrirampur area and try to convince them to increase the blood collection point & sample volume.Need to meet with doctors & his Compounders and convince them to increase collection point as well as business volume
