Key Responsibilities:

- Blood Collection: Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures to collect blood samples accurately. Maintain proper techniques to minimize discomfort for patients.

- Patient Interaction: Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure their comfort and safety during blood collection.

- Sample Handling: Label and handle blood samples appropriately to ensure accurate testing results. Store and transport samples according to regulatory guidelines.

- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate logs of blood collections and patient information. Ensure proper documentation for compliance with health standards.

- Sterilization and Safety: Follow protocols for sanitation and safety to prevent infections. Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a hygienic environment.
