BMLT TRAINED PHLEBOTOMIST REQUIRED FOR BLOOD COLLECTION CENTRE

- Collect and tag specimens exactly as outlined in each medical requisition- Develop effective collection techniques as they relate to groups such as pediatric andgeriatric patients.- Properly package each specimen and ensure that every specimen is delivered to thelaboratory on time or Handover to runner on the time.- Maintain an organized and clean work area based on state health laws and theguidelines of our medical organization- Answer patient questions regarding collection techniques and offer additional resourceson the collection process if a patient requests them- Must know about proper disposable of Biomedical Waste Management- Should know about Pre-analytical error and how its prevent.- Should know about Complication management- Should Know about spill Management- Able to collect both Method Close system(Vacutainer) and Open System(Syringe)Eligibility Criteria/ Qualification:Phlebotomist qualifications and skills- Education, previous job experience, certifications and technical skills.- Should also include soft skills and personality traits that you expect from a successfulcandidate.
