Functional roleAn Oracle EBS Financial Consultant implements, configures, and supports Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, SLA) for clients, bridging business needs with system functionality through requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), documentation (BRD, FDD), training, and post-go-live support, often focusing on P2P/O2C cycles and ensuring financial compliance and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Conduct workshops, analyze financial processes, and map them to Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, EB-Tax).Solution Design & Configuration: Configure ledgers, accounting setups, workflows, and localizations (like India GST/TDS).Documentation: Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs/MD50/BR100 for Setup), and test scripts.Testing: Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.Required Skills & ExperienceOracle EBS: Strong functional expertise in core Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, PA, CM, SLA, EB-Tax).Project Experience: Full-cycle implementation experience in at least 2-3 projects.Technical Skills: Understanding of PL/SQL and AME (Approval Management Engine) is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, client management, and communication skills.Location : GurgoanInterested candidate can share profile to Rekha.C@eagledrift.com
