Ensuring operational, day-to-day deliverables of HRIS (SAP/Oracle) to transact process globally and respond to multiple queries;
• Ensuring timely completion of work and consistent use of processes;
• Ensuring information, advice and expert knowledge is shared amongst team members;
• Ensure all request are timely action on Service Now/shared mailbox and provide update to the requestor within SLA;
• Day to day action tracker needs to be updated and shared with TL for all the transactions made in HRIS
Your Skills & Experience:
• Good knowledge of HRIS (SAP, Oracle, Taleo) systems
• Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and proven ability to handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Prior work experience in Microsoft SharePoint/SAP HRIS /Oracle HRIS is mandate
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years of experience in HR organization and related processes
• Has experience in HR Operations, process improvements and operational excellence
