Hiring For Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

— Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store department.

— Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.

— Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.

— Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

— Supervise and train store staff to maintain high standards of productivity and performance.

— Monitor stock levels and reconcile with data management system.

— Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

— Optimise space utilisation and maintain a clean, organised working environment.

— Prepare regular reports and summaries of operations. Requirements:

— Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role within the steel manufacturing industry.

— Excellent knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.

— Strong organisational and time-management skills.

— Leadership and interpersonal abilities.

— Problem-solving attitude with an aptitude for numbers and logistics.

— Hands-on experience with inventory management software (., SAP, Oracle).

— Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant field preferred.
