About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights, building robust data pipelines, and supporting data-driven decision-making across our software product operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Collection: Gather, organize, and maintain large datasets using advanced data management and mining techniques.

Query & Analysis: Write complex SQL and Oracle SQL queries to extract data, analyze trends, and identify business opportunities or operational bottlenecks.

Reporting & Visualization: Design and deliver clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align data requirements and optimize product performance.

Key Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.

Education: Graduate degree in a relevant field.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.

Hands-on experience with Data Mining, Data Management, and data cleaning.

Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
